Aerokinesis is the art of managing air currents and the wind through the power of the mind. It is the task of moving and directing molecules in the atmosphere. Air is everywhere and is in constant motion. Therefore, aerokinesis is the branch that yields the fastest results but is the most difficult to control. Air is changeable, and your mind must be just as flexible. We will learn to catch the rhythm of the invisible with your mind. Now we are moving directly to the application stages. We will set aside theory and focus directly on establishing a bond with the air. If you are ready, take a deep breath and feel the touch of the air on your skin.
- First Stage: Atmospheric Bond and Air Awareness
First, you must understand that air is not just a void. Air is a dense and living substance. Sit in a comfortable position, preferably outdoors. Close your eyes and feel the air pressure around you. Focus on the small pressure the air exerts on your skin. Watch the air filling your lungs spread throughout your body. Think of the air outside your body and the air inside as the same. Imagine yourself as a light cloud. Mentally stir the air in the room or the garden slowly. Visualize a transparent energy spreading from your palms toward the air. You should feel a cool breeze or a slight pressure difference in your hand. This feeling indicates that your frequency matches that of the air.
- Second Stage: Candle Flame and Direction
Air is invisible, so you must track it with a tool. Place a candle in front of you and light it. Cut off all air currents in the room. Focus on the flame of the candle, but think about the air around it rather than the flame itself. Place your hand away from the flame. Imagine a wind coming out of your hand pushing the flame with your mind. Try to create small and sharp air waves. See the flame leaning to the right or left at your command. Extinguish the flame by only compressing the air without a physical blow. This exercise teaches you to use the molecular density of the air. Think of the air as a dough shaped according to your intention.
- Third Stage: Psi-Wheel and Wind Wheel
To test the kinetic power of air, you must use a Psi-Wheel. Place the paper pyramid on the needle tip in front of you. Do not cover it with a transparent container because you must establish direct contact with the air. Place your hands around the setup but do not touch it. Imagine that you are accelerating the air molecules around the paper. Visualize that you are creating a small hurricane. Instead of pushing the paper, move it by rotating the air around it. When the paper begins to spin, it means you are the architect of the wind. To increase the speed, accelerate the airflow in your mind. This exercise is the most fundamental way to transfer your energy to the air.
- Fourth Stage: Outdoor and Leaf Manipulation
Now you must go out to a wider area. Choose a dry leaf that has fallen to the ground. Move your hands over the leaf. Feel from which direction the wind is blowing. Try to change the direction of the existing wind with your mind. Imagine the wind bending toward the direction you want. Focus on lifting the leaf from the ground and flying it a few centimeters. Place the air under the leaf like a pillow. See the leaf suspended in the air with your energy. This work teaches you to combine your own energy with natural air currents. Add your own will to the wind of nature.
- Fifth Stage: Pressure Change and Sound Waves
Air is not just wind, it is also pressure. Hold your two hands parallel to each other. Imagine the air in between condensing and solidifying. Think that you are creating an air ball and that this ball is getting heavier and heavier. You should feel a resistance as you bring your hands closer together. This is the exercise of creating “air pressure.” Then, throw this pressure forward with a sudden movement. Imagine a distant object being shaken by this pressure wave. Learn to use the air like a weapon or a shield. Remember that sound is also transmitted through the air and listen to the vibration of the air.
- Sixth Stage: Sky Observation and Cloud Dissipation
The most advanced stage is establishing a bond with the sky. Choose a small and lonely cloud in the sky. Remember that the cloud is only water vapor and air. Imagine a light or wind coming out of your mind piercing through the cloud. Focus on pushing the cloud outward from its center. Watch the cloud slowly break apart and disappear. This work requires a very high level of focus. Try to intervene in the air movements in the upper layers of the atmosphere. Be patient because clouds respond slowly. When you succeed, you will feel like a part of the atmosphere.
- Seventh Stage: Safety, Energy Balance, and Grounding
Aerokinesis is the branch that lightens the mind the most and sometimes makes it dizzy. After practice, you may feel like you are “flying” or in a void. Therefore, you must definitely be balanced by eating something heavy or stepping on the ground. If you feel severe ringing in the ears or dizziness, stop immediately. Air is changeable, do not allow your energy to scatter. Do regular breathing exercises every day. Improve your lung capacity and oxygen usage. If you respect the air, it will be your wings. May your will be as free and limitless as the sky.

April 17, 2026 at 5:21 pmThis breakdown of aerokinesis really resonates with me—especially the emphasis on feeling the air as a living substance rather than just empty space. The progression from awareness to directing airflow with intention feels like a practical path to developing a deeper connection with the environment around us. It’s fascinating how the candle exercise could be a gateway to sensing those subtle shifts in air pressure that are otherwise invisible.
