
Astral projection is the art of consciousness temporarily leaving the physical body. It is the task of the soul or the astral body traveling in different dimensions. This is not a dream; it is a state of being completely awake and aware. It is the process of exploring the energetic layers of the universe. - Step One: Physical Relaxation and Preparation
First, you must release your body completely. Lie down on a comfortable bed and lie on your back. Reduce the light in the room and ensure silence. Starting from your toes, relax all your muscles. Feel your body getting heavy and sinking into the bed. Do not move any of your muscles and resist itches. Your body should enter sleep mode, but your mind must stay awake. The deeper the relaxation, the easier the exit will be.

When you feel confident, try to go out of the room. Imagine the place you want to go just by thinking. You can travel between locations at the speed of light. Visit your friends or see places you do not know. Remember that there are no physical boundaries or gravity. Your thoughts are your compass; wherever you focus, you are there. Wander through the energetic libraries and different layers of the universe. Know that there are many dimensions to explore.

To return to your physical body, it is enough just to think about it. The desire to return to your body instantly teleports you to your bed. Feel your astral body merging with your physical body.
